At the February 25, 2008 Session
Meeting the following new members were accepted:
Tom and Meril Amos, Sarah and Todd
Bole, Kent Moorman, Vernon Gantt, John Gubber, Mary and Larry Baker, Jim
and Gwen Wilson, and Ann Massengill.
Margaret Henry was elected as
Financial Treasurer for 2008.
The summer Youth Mission Trip was
approved.
The Youth Easter Breakfast
Fundraiser was approved.
Session worked on establishing their
goals and norms for 2008.
The Board of Deacons presented a
proposal for restructuring their ministry.
The Mission Committee presented
information about a visitation program that would like to use our
facility. There will be further meetings and discussion in regard to this
project.
The March Session Meeting will be changed to March 31, 2008
instead of March 24, 2008.
