Transitions Through Grief |
|
|
This 8 week, no cost grief support is
co-sponsored by Pennock Center for Counseling and Tabor Rice Funeral
Home. This group provides support and education through the
grieving process. It is most helpful if it has been three months
or longer after a loss. |

participants with tools for managing stress. Learn about the use
of visualization, meditation, "extreme self-care" and other tools that
