Peacemaker Quilting

This group is for those interested in learning to quilt or continuing to quilt while making quilts for fundraising projects. Contact Joyce Alsdorf for more information.

Ugly Quilts

Many of us have seen the "Ugly Quilts" or sleeping bags assembled here at our church. Participation in the group does not require fine quilting skills, just the ability to tie knots and enjoy some fellowship. The group always welcomes donations of material, ties, jackets, hats, socks, gloves, batting or personal hygiene items that can be included with the quilts.  Contact Gladys Eckman for information.

Giving Tree

Each year our congregation provides Christmas gifts to families in Adams the County area and gift cards to clients of the Pennock Center for Counseling, a mission of our congregation.  A Christmas tree is "decorated" in the narthex with gift tags indicating the name, age, and request of a family member or gift card amount.  Gifts are collected in November and distributed to families in advance of Christmas.
